Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is committed to using modern technology to improve service and communication with our customers. State of the art software gives us the ability to collect and collate data about your pest control service and share it with you in an instant.

Here is how our data collection works. Each of our service technicians is equipped with a handheld device that is synced to PestPac, the leading pest control service software in the pest management industry. All pest management devices are bar coded and scanned during each service. Other information such as insecticide usage or sanitation deficiencies entered manually. When a technician performs your service, he or she will have access to specific account requirements and history, allowing them to work most efficiently and effectively.

Once your service has been completed, you will have access to the report as soon as the technician syncs to PestPac. The information will be accurate and detailed, and include service time and duration, the areas and/or devices inspected, actions taken, relevant findings and deficiencies.
